AAK is seeking a Sourcing Leader for Strategic Raw Materials to join the Financial Team. You will lead national and international sourcing strategies, develop a strong supplier base, negotiate high-impact contracts, and manage regulatory, compliance, and sustainability risks.

You will ensure supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and provide senior management with clear, reliable purchasing information on contracts and market exposure. Availability to travel is required.

Formación

• 5+ years hands-on experience sourcing strategic raw materials (procurement, supplier development, contract negotiation, trading).
• 2–3 years experience leading and developing teams.
• C1 English proficiency required (not negotiable).
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

The Opportunity: Sourcing Leader of Strategic Raw Material

As Sourcing Leader for Strategic Raw Materials, you will lead national and international sourcing strategies by developing a strong supplier base, negotiating high-impact contracts, and managing market regulatory, compliance, and sustainability risks. Your objective will be to ensure supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and responsible sourcing across the raw material value chain while providing senior management with clear, reliable, and timely information on purchasing positions, contract balances, and market risk exposure.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Finance, International Trade, or a related field.
• Postgraduate degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Negotiation, Finance, or a related discipline is desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience sourcing strategic raw materials , including strategic procurement, supplier development, contract negotiation, and raw material trading, ideally within the edible oils, fats, or agro-industrial sector
• At least 2–3 years of experience leading and developing teams.
• C1 English proficiency required (not negotiable).
• Availability to travel nationally and internationally.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strategic sourcing, supplier development, contract negotiation, and commodity risk management.
• Knowledge of international trade rules and terms, including FOSFA, PORAM, NIOP, COPA, and Incoterms such as FOB and CIF.
• Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and sustainability frameworks, including RSPO, NDPE, EUDR, VDF, OEA, and Chain of Custody requirements.
• Knowledge of Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning (DDMRP) methodology.
• Proficiency in Tableau, advanced Excel, and market and data analysis tools.
