AAK is seeking a Sourcing Leader for Strategic Raw Materials to drive global sourcing strategies, build a robust supplier network, and negotiate high-impact contracts. You will oversee regulatory, compliance, and sustainability risk management to ensure supply continuity and cost competitiveness across the raw material value chain.

The role requires leadership experience, fluency in English (C1), and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, International Trade, or a related field.
Postgraduate degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Negotiation, Finance, or a related discipline is desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience sourcing strategic raw materials, including procurement, supplier development, contract negotiation, and raw material trading.
At least 2–3 years of experience leading and developing teams.
C1 English proficiency required (not negotiable).
Availability to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsabilidades

Negotiate high-impact contracts and manage market, regulatory, compliance, and sustainability risks.
Ensure supply continuity and cost competitiveness across the raw material value chain.
Provide senior management with clear, reliable, and timely information on purchasing positions, contract balances, and market risk exposure.
