Flex seeks a Solutions Designer based in Guadalajara, North, to design solutions for Flex’s global warehouse management system and the eFreight tool. You will work with cross-functional teams and enforce usage standards to ensure system integrity across the global application environment.

You’ll write functional and technical specifications, assess customization complexity, and coordinate with development teams to map business processes and optimize workflows using best practices in warehousing

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent work experience
• Experience analyzing complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation
• Outstanding communication with customers and cross-functional teams
• Experience writing functional and technical specifications for developers and end-users
• Solid software application development experience
• Experience working with Warehousing Management Systems
• Experience with Transport Management System
• Operational experience in Warehousing

Responsabilidades

• Determine required improvements on the systems to meet customer requirements and supervise implementation
• Assess customization complexity and provide dates in cooperation with development teams
• Collaborate with implementation teams and consultants to map business processes
• Analyze business requirements and propose process optimizations using best practices
• Write functional and technical specifications for developers and end-users
