A leading electronics manufacturing company in Mexico is seeking a Software QA Analyst 3. This role involves reviewing technical specifications, assembly drawings, and the complete manufacturing process to enhance design and assembly. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience, an electronics-related degree, and strong skills in SolidWorks. This position offers a full-time contract at a mid-senior level within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Formación

• 5-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• General knowledge of the complete manufacturing process and PCB design interpretation.
• Knowledge of Y14.5, ASME, and IPC standards.

Responsabilidades

• Review of technical specifications.
• Review of assembly drawings and analysis of potential conflicts.
• Support in the development of design experiments.

• Quoting and purchasing of assembly structures and fixtures
• Analyzing customer requirements and defining test cases using different techniques.

Responsibilities

• Review of technical specifications
• Review of assembly drawings and their potential dimensional conflicts
• Review of assembly lines, focusing on workstations, and analysis of possible improvements
• Review of assembly flows and detection of potential assembly failures due to design and assembly issues
• Generation of DFM reports for discussion with the client
• Review of drawings and tolerance analysis
• Support in the development of design experiments
