Sanmina Corporation seeks a Senior Electronics Engineer to support capacity analysis, NPI projects and technical leadership in our Guadalajara area operations. You will supervise technicians, engage with customers on technical issues and drive improvement initiatives to optimize yields.

The role requires experience in electronics processes, RF, optical networks, and strong analytical skills, plus hands-on work with measuring equipment and test instruments.

Formación

• Experience in electronic repair processes and telecommunications projects.
• Balance and capacity analysis; knowledge of optical fibers; solderability.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills; handling of measuring equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects, participate in NPI and capacity analysis.
• Supervise technicians; participate in customer meetings.
• Contribute to Kaizen and 6Sigma improvement projects.
• Document cases and generate FAR; support diagnostics.
• Daily coordination with work groups.

Education

• Electronic Engineering, Mecatronics or related field

Experience in Electronicrepair processes, telecommunications projects.

Basic understanding of English to read and understand the technical documentation provided and participate in conferences. (English 70% as minimum). Balance and capacity analysis, Knowledge in optical fibers, solderability process, medium or high level of excel or google sheet, necessary knowledge in handling of measuring equipment, (Multimeter, Oscilloscope, LCR, Spectrum Analyzer),fault definition method.

• Project leader, participate on NPI, capacity analysis,supervisor of technicians, participate on CIT´s meeting,participate on improvement projects (Kaizen, 6sigma), contact to the customer for technical issues, critical debug of high aging units, debug of highly complex products or critics for their low yield, daily internal communication to the work groups, generation of FAR for case documentation, support for diagnostic technicians.
