Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions seeks a Software Engineering Manager to lead teams building ELERA: AI-native development tooling and agentic platform layers, with a framework aligned to end-to-end delivery. The role spans from first-line manager to senior manager scope, welcoming both experienced managers and strong tech-leads moving into management.

Formación

• 5-10+ years in software development with 3-10 years in leadership or managerial roles.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong background shipping production systems at scale and ability to discuss technical tradeoffs.
• Experience leading software engineers, hiring, performance management, and end-to-end delivery ownership.
• Familiarity with modern Agile delivery, SDLC, and CI/CD in a continuous-deployment setup.

Responsabilidades

• Delivery and execution of milestone plans, sprint tracking, and quality assurance.
• Hire, develop, and manage performance of the team; handle compensation and career growth.
• Maintain technical fluency to contribute in design reviews and debugs; partner with Principal Engineers.
• Own product reality: know architecture, backlog, customers, and market performance.
• Own customer escalations within scope and meet SLAs.
