Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead multiple teams in delivering platform solutions built on .NET Framework and upgrading to .NET 8 with containerization.

You will mentor engineers, align initiatives with business goals, drive CI/CD and cloud-native development, and foster cross-functional collaboration across Product, Design, and Sales. This role is based on-site in Mexico and requires strong leadership in a global engineering environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in engineering management.
• Experience managing teams developing SaaS/PaaS products, enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong technical background in .NET development and containerization technologies.
