Job summary

CONSULTFIZ LATAM, a fully owned subsidiary of Confiz LLC, seeks an experienced Software Engineer in Test (SDET) to develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions for Supply Chain and Warehouse Management systems for a Fortune 500 client. Location is Mexico only with 100% remote work and advanced English required.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of software engineering, strong Java and Spring Boot experience, and expertise in test automation, CI/CD, REST APIs, and cloud technologies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience with Test Automation (Selenium preferred; Cypress or Playwright accepted).
• Experience with unit, integration, regression, and performance/load testing.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, SQL, and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions).
• Previous on-call / production support experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Kafka or similar messaging technologies.
• Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Experience with test strategy, test planning, and quality assurance practices.
• Understanding of security testing and application vulnerabilities.
• Willingness to perform both automated and manual testing.
