Job summary

Confiz Limited is seeking an experienced Software Engineer III – Frontend to help build scalable, high-performance e-commerce frontend experiences across Checkout and Wishlist platforms, with occasional backend work in Java.

You will collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to improve customer experience, conversion, and platform performance, while adopting AI-assisted tooling and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional frontend software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, React, Redux, Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with backend technologies such as Java, Golang, or Python.
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and reusable components.
• Experience implementing automated testing (unit/integration/e2e) and Playwright.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI).
• Knowledge of web performance, accessibility, and secure coding.
• Experience with observability/monitoring tools (New Relic, Splunk, AWS CloudWatch).
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend apps using JavaScript, React, Redux, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Deliver end-to-end frontend features from design to production support.

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer III – Frontend to join our engineering team, supporting high-traffic, customer-facing e-commerce applications.

In this role, you will focus primarily on frontend development, building scalable, reliable, and high-performance web experiences across Checkout and Wishlist platforms, with occasional backend development using Java.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX, and Engineering, to deliver innovative solutions that improve customer experience, conversion, and overall platform performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using JavaScript, React, Redux, Node.js, and TypeScript.

• Deliver end-to-end frontend features, from technical design and implementation to production support.

• Build reusable UI components and contribute to shared frontend libraries.

• Translate business requirements, wireframes, and UX designs into high-quality, production-ready code.

• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and occasionally contribute to backend services using Java.

• Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, functional, and end-to-end tests.

• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as New Relic, Splunk, or AWS CloudWatch.

• Experience working in Agile development environments.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.

• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
