Zoolatech seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot. You will lead technical discussions, mentor juniors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities include building RESTful APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines, plus cloud infrastructure and production support. Strong English communication and collaboration with stakeholders are essential.

We are looking for skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineers with strong technical leadership capabilities to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-level applications. In this role, you will combine hands-on Java development with system design, architecture, and technical leadership, guiding junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will also contribute to testing automation, CI/CD practices, cloud infrastructure, and production support, helping ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of business-critical systems.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

Drive system design and architecture decisions, ensuring high standards of code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Implement automated testing strategies and contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and cloud-based solutions.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues, analyze production incidents, and provide on-call support during working hours.

Work with messaging technologies, relational and non-relational databases, and logging and monitoring tools.

Lead technical discussions, guide junior engineers, and facilitate knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving.

Coordinate stand-ups, manage Jira tasks, provide team updates, and collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and align technical solutions with business needs.

Requirements

Proficiency:Java (required), React (very nice to have), Python(very nice to have)

Excellent spoken English and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, lead discussions, and collaborate with stakeholders.
