AlertMedia, a leading risk intelligence and response platform, is seeking a Software Engineer II with full-stack experience for its Incident Response team. You will design and develop features for the AlertMedia Incident Response product, ensuring resilience during live emergencies and collaborating with engineering and product teams.

You should have a BS in a technical field, experience with Docker/Kubernetes, AWS, PostgreSQL/Redis, and AI coding tools. This role is remote in Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as CS or engineering.
• Experience with Linux containers and cloud services.
• Experience with PostgreSQL/Redis.
• Experience writing unit/integration tests.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop features for the AlertMedia Incident Response product.
• Ensure resilience during live emergencies and handle slow/unavailable dependencies.
• Learn the platform, collaborate with teams, and contribute ideas.
• Work in an Agile environment using Git, JIRA, Jenkins, and Slack.
• Contribute to architectural evolution with leadership.
• Communicate effectively across teams.
