NeoWork is hiring Software Developers to join engineering teams at fast-growing U.S. companies. You will build, ship, and maintain features across the stack, working directly with product and engineering leads.

NeoWork is a global staffing and operations partner that builds dedicated remote teams for fast-growing U.S. companies. Our teammates work directly inside our clients' teams and tools, while NeoWork takes care of recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in a modern stack (JavaScript/TypeScript with React and Node.js, or Python).
• Experience with REST APIs, databases, and Git.
• Excellent spoken and written English for working with U.S. teams.
• Availability for overlap with U.S. business hours.
• Based in Mexico with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection.

Responsabilités

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain front-end and back-end features
• Write clean, tested, and well-documented code
• Integrate with APIs, databases, and third-party services

• Collaborate with product, design, and QA to ship on schedule

• Good spoken and written English for working with U.S. teams

• Availability for overlap with U.S. business hours
• Based in Mexico, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection
