Intuitive in Mexicali seeks a Network Security and Operations Center Operations Supervisor to lead 24/7 cybersecurity operations. You will manage staffing, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration to safeguard critical systems and drive operational excellence.

The role requires leadership experience in security teams, familiarity with SIEM tools, and a proactive approach to incident response and staff development. Day shifts and a strong security culture are central to this position.

Formación

• Experience in cybersecurity, network monitoring, or security operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of incident response procedures and network protocols is desirable.
• Strong communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure 24/7 staffing coverage for cybersecurity operations and recruit analysts.
• Develop, track, and report KPIs such as incident response times and uptime.
• Create and manage shift schedules to maintain continuous monitoring.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, network engineering, and leadership teams.
• Communicate performance updates and staffing needs through reports.
• Conduct evaluations and support training and development for staff.
• Maintain compliance with cybersecurity policies and frameworks.
