Radian Generation seeks an SOC L1 specialist to support protection and monitoring of critical infrastructure from cyber threats within our security operations center. You will aid incident response, threat analysis, and apply security measures tailored for OT networks in renewable energy environments.

Formación

• Technical degree or 3 years of OT experience; direct or indirect service experience preferred.
• Experience in NERC CIP-regulated environments, PCI-DSS, NIST, ISO-27001.
• Knowledgeable in server hardware, OS management, networking, cybersecurity, and data storage/recovery.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Effective communication and organizational skills; collaborate and decide independently.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor OT networks for security threats and assist in incident responses.
• Manage user provisioning and access control lists.
• Execute standard operating procedures and maintain system integrity.
• Regularly review logs and security measures for compliance.
• Report on project and ticket statuses and engage with stakeholders.
• Perform routine maintenance and respond to emergent conditions across the fleet.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement mitigation plans.

Educación

Technical degree or equivalent OT experience
