Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Experience in SMT and electronic processes (mandatory).
• Intermediate to Advanced English (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, DMAIC, etc.).
• Experience with Oracle and Revolution systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee activities within production areas and supervise Group Leader functions.
• Monitor performance of production areas and ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Follow up on the production plan established by Planning.
• Participate in Tier 1–Tier 3 meetings.
• Apply 5S practices and follow up on audits.
• Ensure work instructions are followed and changes approved with Engineering, Materials, HSE, Quality, Training.
• Ensure on-time completion of models impacting OTTR.
• Manage personnel including discipline, payroll pre-processing, attendance, training, and evaluations.
• Track production metrics and reports; collaborate on corrective actions with support departments.

• Execute and ensure that work instructions (sequence, content, timing, quality, and safety) are properly followed
• Approve, in coordination with support areas (Engineering, Materials, HSE, Quality, Training), changes to work instructions within their respective areas
• Ensure on-time completion of models that impact OTTR (on-time delivery to the customer)
• Ensure all operators comply with internal disciplinary rules
• Responsible for the management of assigned personnel (discipline, payroll pre-processing, attendance, training, performance evaluations, etc.)
• Follow up on the completion of assigned metrics and production reports
• Track production rejections and implement corrective actions in collaboration with support departments

Education, Knowledge, And Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
