Job summary

Oferta confidencial is seeking a Production Manager to coordinate the entire production area, lead multiple shifts through production leaders, and ensure efficient, safe, and compliant operations. The role requires engineering background and 5 years in a similar position, with availability for flexible hours.

You will manage personnel across Warehouse, Molding, and Assembly, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with planning, maintenance, and engineering to meet demand and company goals.

Objective:

Manage the entire production area, coordinating teams for efficient, safe, and reliable performance. Responsible for the processes that ensure the fulfillment of production orders and company goals.

Job Skills and Training Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Effective management of personnel and activities in the following areas: Warehouse (shipping/receiving), Molding, Assembly
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and pleasant work environment for everyone through professional, open, and ethical leadership
• Participate in safety brigades
• Communication meetings
• Personnel evaluations
• Produce quality goods according to demand
• Collaborate with the planning department
• Manage personnel in terms of quantity, discipline, feedback, open communication, development, and turnover, with the support of Human Resources
• Manage the production area and equipment: proper use, safekeeping, and reporting of problems, with the support of Maintenance and Engineering
• Ensure compliance with procedures, good manufacturing practices, and company policies.
• Such as the quality system, lean manufacturing, 5S, safety and hygiene practices and policies, regulations of the Ministry of Labor, and social security.
• Active in continuous improvement.
• Completed degree in engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Availability to work flexible hours to support other work schedules when necessary.
• Good manufacturing practices, packaging, and warehouse environments, including personal protective equipment requirements as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• English: 85%.
