Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or higher in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of SMT workshop management experience with proficiency in SMT equipment operation (e.g., pick-and-place machines).
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and demonstrated capability in cost and quality control.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with ability to handle moderate work pressure.
