Flex seeks an SMT Process Engineer for the Guadalajara North Campus to supervise critical SMT processes, ensure production plans are executed, and lead a technical team to meet quality, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement targets.

You will develop DEK, SPI, Camalot programs, create procedures, perform analyses, and contribute to Kaizen events, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams in a fast-paced facility.

Formación

• Engineering degree required.
• Experience in SMT, PTH, and Backend processes.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610, CPK, CAD/Gerber, and MS Office.
• Supervision experience of technical personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise SMT processes and coordinate the team.
• Develop and optimize programs for DEK, SPI, Camalot, and Press Fit.
• Analyze stencils, perform SPI debug and failure analysis.
• Develop reflow profiles and profiling instrumentation.
• Document procedures, create visual aids, and presentations.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive Kaizen and continuous improvement.
