Flex, a leading manufacturing partner, is seeking an SMT Equipment Engineer to join the team at Guadalajara, North Campus. The role reports to the Equipment Maintenance Manager and focuses on maintaining SMT lines, calibrations, and process equipment to ensure precise measurements and reliable operation.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree, at least five years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of ASM Siplace systems, printers, and SPI equipment.

Formación

• 5 years of experience in SMT equipment or similar role.
• Strong trouble-shooting and repair skills for automated lines.
• Advanced English proficiency (approximately 80%).

Responsabilidades

• Identify and diagnose machine malfunctions on SMT lines.
• Repair failures in cost-effective ways and perform preventive maintenance.
• Calibrate equipment and perform re-qualifications as scheduled.
• Assist process technicians and engineers with installation/removal of process equipment.
• Record activity and issues in equipment logs and communicate daily status.
