CEMEX is seeking a senior Digital Transformation lead for Cement Operations in Monterrey. You will guide cross-functional teams through the design, deployment, and scaling of Smart Operations to boost productivity, sustainability, and maintenance effectiveness.

Responsibilities include opportunity identification, business case development, change management, and sustaining value realization across global and regional programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• MBA or Master’s in Operations, Digital Transformation, Analytics or Business Administration preferred.
• 5+ years of cement operations, manufacturing excellence, or industrial analytics experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Smart Operations initiatives across Cement Operations and drive digital transformation.
• Identify high-value opportunities using data analytics, AI, and IoT.
• Develop business cases and value realization frameworks for digital investments.
• Lead enablement and scaling of Smart Operations solutions (Production/QC/Asset Performance).
• Define transformation roadmaps with plant, regional, and global stakeholders.
• Develop data-driven operating models and adoption plans.
• Produce executive reports, dashboards, and communications on progress and value.
