Schneider Electric in Querétaro seeks a site IT/OT Cybersecurity lead to drive cybersecurity across manufacturing operations. You will own asset inventories, monitor threats, and coordinate with Central Support to remediate vulnerabilities.

You will implement Smart Factory solutions, integrate MES and automation, and coach teams in cybersecurity practices. Fluent English and 3–5 years in engineering or related field are expected.

Formación

• 3–5 years of engineering/related field experience.
• Experience integrating IT/OT, connectivity systems and manufacturing equipment.
• MS Office proficiency; experience with MES (traceability) and ERP (SAP is a plus).
• Experience in PLC programming, dashboards, and data visualization.
• Fluent verbal/written English.

Responsabilidades

• Own the IT/OT cybersecurity at the site and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage OT asset inventory and data accuracy via Claroty.
• Monitor cyber threats and coordinate remote remediation with the Connected Services Hub.
• Lead implementation of Smart Factory solutions incl. MES and IT/OT integration.
• Support cybersecurity incident response and drive Lean/6 Sigma initiatives.
