General Motors in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico, seeks a senior cybersecurity leader to drive the factory security program. You will lead deployment of controls, coordinate with plant leadership, Engineering, IT, and Security Operations, and ensure production stays safe and efficient while improving risk visibility.

In this on-site role, you will coach a team of execution engineers, translate enterprise strategy into site actions, and maintain alignment with GM standards and manufacturing priorities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, or related field, or 15 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience executing cybersecurity or network deployment projects in industrial environments.
• Experience leading teams, setting priorities, and managing performance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cybersecurity control deployments across manufacturing sites.
• Plan work around production, safety, and quality requirements.
• Drive standardized cybersecurity controls per GM standards.
• Improve plant visibility and resilience with security tooling.
• Direct and develop a team of cybersecurity execution engineers.
• Provide plant-floor feedback to development teams for real-world deployability.
• Ensure cybersecurity work does not impact safety, quality, or production output.
• Serve as on-site technical liaison for cybersecurity execution.
