Colgate-Palmolive Company in Mexico is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive structured systems that optimize plant performance, advance Smart Factory initiatives, and ensure FP&R standards across the site. You will lead DMAIC projects, utilize Kaizen, SMED, Lean Six Sigma, and coordinate a 5-year Smart Factory roadmap, while promoting data digitization and analytics to inform decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Plastics, or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in plastics in injection, blow molding, PET and molds processes.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Experience leading teams.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Continuous Improvement Strategy: design and manage structured systems that drive productivity and prioritize initiatives based on EHS, Quality, Productivity and FTG savings.
• Execute High-Impact Projects: lead improvement projects using DMAIC, Kaizen, SMED and Lean Six Sigma to reduce Unplanned Downtime and Absolute Material Loss.
• Drive Digital Transformation: coordinate the 5-year Smart Factory roadmap and leverage data analytics to improve decision making.
• Sustain FP&R Standards and Safety/Quality: ensure compliance with 5S and Visual Workplace standards and support safety/quality initiatives.
