Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in San Jose Iturbide, Guanajuato, Mexico seeks an FP&R Leader to coordinate and secure the deployment of Factory Performance & Reliability standards. You will drive the site's productivity strategy, streamline processes, and champion standardized maintenance and people development across the Focus Factory.

The role requires stakeholder management, resilience, and the ability to influence without direct authority, with a focus on continuous improvement and safety integration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing operations, CI, or productivity roles.
• Proficiency in SAP, data analytics, SPC, and AI-enabled process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define, coordinate, and govern FP&R master plan across plant levels.
• Lead CI projects to reduce downtime, improve line speed, and changeovers.
• Analyze losses, optimize maintenance plans, and promote autonomous maintenance.
• Coordinate training on FP&R methodologies for standardized execution.
• Monitor audits and track KPIs; drive systemic problem solving.
• Support EHS by identifying risks and embedding safe practices.
