Beiersdorf Group in Silao, Guanajuato is seeking a Plant Continuous Improvement Lead to drive the CI strategy across the manufacturing site. You will lead Lean Six Sigma projects, implement TPM and SMED, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable gains in availability, performance and quality.

The role requires advanced English, a strong background in WCM, and hands-on experience with SAP and Power BI for data-driven decisions.

Formación

• Experience leading continuous improvement in manufacturing or plant environments.
• Proven track record in FMCG/food & beverage/pharma sectors.
• Hands-on experience with TPM, SMED, DMAIC and related tools.
• Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and coach teams.
• Strong data analysis and KPI monitoring capabilities.
• Proficient in SAP and Power BI for decision support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute the plant's Continuous Improvement strategy with sustainable results.
• Drive BMOS, MANEX, TPM and other operational excellence programs.
• Identify losses and lead elimination initiatives to improve availability, performance and quality.
• Manage Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC, A3, SMED and related methods.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, ensuring accurate reporting and action follow-up.
• Lead cross-functional teams and build improvement capabilities across the plant.
• Ensure standardization and sustainability of improvements across operations.
• Coordinate the Material Loss program across business areas.
• Develop the team, including CI leaders and digitalization professionals.
• Leverage SAP and Power BI to support decision-making and performance.
