HCLTech in Mexico City, Miguel Hidalgo, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer for a full-time, permanent hybrid role. The candidate should have 4+ years of experience in prod support, ITSM processes, and a strong SRE mindset.

Responsibilities include resolving incidents across teams, supporting Authorization and Clearing apps, and using Splunk, Dynatrace, Jenkins, AWS and PCF to analyze and improve systems.

Formación

• 4+ years of Site Reliability Engineer experience.
• Prod support with ITSM process experience and an SRE mindset.
• Strong cross-team communication.
• Knowledge of Authorization and Clearing apps is a plus.
• Basic shell scripting knowledge.
• DB skills with joins and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prod support for Authorization and Clearing applications.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve issues.
• Perform analysis using Splunk and Dynatrace to drive improvements.
• Monitor systems using AWS/PCF and related cloud services.

Fulltime Permanent Position with HCLTech

Experience

• 4+ years of experiences as Site Reliability Engineer
• The skillset is purely for Prod support (ITSM process experience), with SRE mindset (problem solving skills).
• Good Communication skills – as there is need to resolve the issues by collaborating across different teams.
• Applications are related to Authorization and Clearing ; domain knowledge would be a plus but not mandatory.
• Need basic Shell scripting knowledge
• Need DB skills (Joins and queries to analyse data)
• Need Splunk and Dynatrace knowledge - querying and graph creation for analysis and problem solving
• Tech stack in app landscape: Jenkins, AWS, Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), Postgres, Oracle, Casandra, Kafka, Amazon Cloudwatch
