Turner & Townsend in Monterrey seeks a Project Coordinator SHE to drive health, safety, and environmental excellence across industrial construction projects. You will support teams to ensure compliance, minimize risk, and foster a proactive safety culture on site.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years in HSE roles, and knowledge of Mexican regulations. Fluent Spanish; English preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety) and relevant certifications.
• Minimum 5 years in Health, Safety & Environment roles within construction, industrial, manufacturing, or capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican HS&E legislation and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide guidance on HS&E compliance for project and construction teams.
• Coordinate risk assessments, safety inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Support regulatory compliance activities including audits and safety committees.
• Maintain HS&E reporting systems and track performance metrics.
• Assist in implementing company SHE policies and management systems.
• Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to drive improvements.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to HS&E performance and project needs.
• Promote safety culture through training and awareness initiatives.
