Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced HSE professional to support the client organisation with governance, assurance and advice for major infrastructure projects. The role focuses on CDM 2015 compliance and requires collaboration with delivery teams to build robust HSE management systems.

Based in the UK with regular travel to Derbyshire, you will contribute to shaping the new internal structure, oversee site audits, and promote a proactive safety culture across project teams.

Formación

• Proven experience in HSE roles across major infrastructure, utilities and fissile environments.
• Deep knowledge of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
• Familiar with Nuclear Licence Condition Handbook and safety governance.
• Strong track record of audits, reports and practical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance and assurance with UK HSE legislation, focusing on CDM 2015.
• Oversee Control of Contractor requirements and standards.
• Carry out site audits and inspections of construction activities.
• Provide expert guidance to project teams on safe working practices.
• Develop HSE management systems tailored to major projects.
• Monitor contractor HSE performance against CDM 2015.
• Promote a proactive safety-first culture across site teams.
