OP Mobility in Mexico seeks a SITE EHS Manager to lead environmental, health and safety programs across the site. You will drive energy management, ensure compliance with ISO 50001, and collaborate with plant leadership to reduce risk and emissions.

The role requires English proficiency and the ability to work in a multi-functional, multi-cultural team. Prior experience in a matrix organization and a strong focus on continuous improvement are essential.

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent, ideally in Environment, Energy or Sustainability.
• Environmental experience in different plants; energy management and ISO 50001 exposure.
• Project Management experience.
• English mandatory; additional languages a plus in a multinational team.
• Strong management skills and drive to meet corporate goals.
• Experience working in a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of HSE and Energy requirements.
• Understanding of 9 PO competencies.
