Stellantis NV in Toluca is seeking a Finance Champion to support the SIS program and coordinate the financial aspects of deploying loss/cost initiatives. You will train operations staff and help ensure on-target benefits for plant projects.

The role requires 3+ years in finance or accounting within manufacturing, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and fluent English. SAP/PSAP and Smart View knowledge are a plus and will aid in financial analysis.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of core Finance or Accounting experience.
• The ability to understand and financially valuate processes or projects and generate value analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent English

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating activities related to the financial support of the SIS program.
• Support operative people for training related to loss/cost deployment issues.
• Planning on supporting the activities related to achieve the targets set for the Plant for the projects that should produce the benefits/savings.
• Follow up on the VCP initiatives with operations supporting the Plant Controller.
• Review and approve kaizenes for projects presented for the operative areas of the Plant.
