Stellantis Financial Services seeks a senior leader to spearhead Manufacturing Finance with a focus on Loss Deployment. You will partner with facilities to build quantitative models, guide terminology, and deliver monthly financial reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or MBA/Finance)
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team in Manufacturing Finance and develop Loss Deployment models
• Gather and analyze cost data to measure and model losses
• Provide guidance on process loss terminology and monthly financial reporting
• Develop quantitative models to identify plant losses by center, dept, shift, and operation
• Track project completion and financial impact to ensure hard savings to the P&L
• Collaborate with Operations to align projects with productivity and savings goals
• Support VCP through SIS Loss Deployment with data, deliverables, and financial analysis

Leading the team in Manufacturing Finance responsible for:

• Partnering with manufacturing facilities to support Stellantis Industrial System Loss Deployment.
• Gathering measurable cost data to build and implement financial Loss Deployment models.
• Providing guidance on process loss terminology and delivering monthly financial reporting.
• Developing advanced quantitative models to identify plant losses by center, dept, shift, operation, and other key dimensions.
• Tracking project completion and financial impact through key process indicators to ensure projects address major issues and deliver hard savings to the P&L.
• Working closely with Operations teams to ensure identified projects support plant productivity and savings objectives.

Supporting VCP through SIS Loss Deployment by providing data, tracking deliverables, validating savings ideas and impact, and giving operating management financial analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly VCP progress.

Basic:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or an MBA, Finance, or Accounting master’s degree if the undergraduate degree is not in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Power BI.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, develop team members.
• Finance experience with knowledge of manufacturing

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
