Stellantis Toluca is seeking a dynamic leader to run the Manufacturing Finance team, driving Loss Deployment across plants and delivering hard savings to the P&L. You will partner with facilities, build financial models, deliver monthly reporting, and guide the team with strong coaching.

In this role you will lead data-driven cost analytics, track project financial impact, and ensure alignment with productivity and savings targets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA/finance master's considered.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in finance and manufacturing.
• High proficiency with Excel; experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop team members.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Manufacturing Finance team and champion Loss Deployment across plants.
• Gather measurable cost data to build financial Loss Deployment models.
• Provide guidance on loss terminology and deliver monthly financial reporting.
• Develop advanced quantitative models to identify plant losses by center, dept, shift, and operation.
• Track project completion and financial impact to ensure hard savings to the P&L.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure projects support productivity and savings targets.
• Support VCP through SIS Loss Deployment with data, deliverables, and financial analysis.

Leading The Team In Manufacturing Finance Responsible For

• Partnering with manufacturing facilities to support Stellantis Industrial System Loss Deployment.
• Gathering measurable cost data to build and implement financial Loss Deployment models.
• Providing guidance on process loss terminology and delivering monthly financial reporting.
• Developing advanced quantitative models to identify plant losses by center, dept, shift, operation, and other key dimensions.
• Tracking project completion and financial impact through key process indicators to ensure projects address major issues and deliver hard savings to the P&L.
• Working closely with Operations teams to ensure identified projects support plant productivity and savings objectives.

Supporting VCP through SIS Loss Deployment by providing data, tracking deliverables, validating savings ideas and impact, and giving operating management financial analysis of daily, weekly, and monthly VCP progress.

Basic

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; or an MBA, Finance, or Accounting master’s degree if the undergraduate degree is not in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Power BI.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, develop team members.
• Finance experience with knowledge of manufacturing

Preferred

• Master’s degree in Business Administration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to help drive change.
