Stellantis Financial Services is seeking a Finance Champion to support the SIS program at the Toluca Complex. You will coordinate financial aspects, train staff on loss/cost deployment, and help ensure targets for cost-saving projects are met.

The role requires strong finance skills, experience in a manufacturing setting, and fluency in English. You will work under the Plant Controller to drive kaizen reviews and VCP initiatives.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of core Finance or Accounting experience.
• Ability to understand and financially valuate processes or projects and generate value analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation of SIS program in the Toluca Complex as a Finance Champion.
• Coordinate activities related to the financial support of the SIS program.
• Support operative people for training related to loss/cost deployment issues.
• Plan to support activities to achieve plant targets for projects delivering benefits/savings.
• Follow up on VCP initiatives with operations, supporting the Plant Controller.
• Review and approve kaizens for projects in the operative areas of the Plant.

This position is under the general guidance and support of the Plant Controller.

This position is responsible for:

• Supporting the implementation of SIS program in the Toluca Complex as a Finance Champion. Activities include:
• Coordinating activities related to the financial support of the SIS program.
• Support operative people for training related to loss/cost deployment issues.
• Planning on supporting the activities related to achieve the targets set for the Plant for the projects that should produce the benefits/savings.
• Follow up on the VCP initiatives with operations supporting the Plant Controller.
• Review and approve kaizenes for projects presented for the operative areas of the Plant.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of core Finance or Accounting experience
• The ability to understand and financially valuate processes or projects and generate value analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in SAP or PSAP and Smart View / Essbase and knowledge of the project writing system
