Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking a SIOP Data Mining Analyst to transform complex data into accurate, timely insights. You will extract from ERP/MRP systems, validate data, and develop KPI dashboards to improve forecast accuracy and supply chain performance.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Production, Procurement, and Customer Service to drive reporting standardization and automation using Power BI, SQL, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Master Scheduling, SIOP, Demand Planning, Data Analytics, or related analytical role.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and reporting environments.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP platforms such as SAP, SAGE, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Advanced Excel skills, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot.
• Experience with Power BI and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly and monthly data extraction from ERP, MRP, and planning systems.
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to reporting.
• Update and maintain KPI reports and dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs like Forecast Accuracy, On-Time Delivery, Fill Rate, Inventory projections.
• Develop automated reporting to minimize manual processing.
