Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking an Inventory Lead to provide financial support to the business unit. You will monitor inventory levels, lead cycle counts, and develop reorder points and safety stock to optimize stock. The role requires FP&A knowledge and experience with JDE ERP and MS Office.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
MBA preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, knowledge of JDE as ERP.
Deep knowledge of financial analysis and planning (FP&A).
Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.
Advanced knowledge in MS Office.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong communication skills.
High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Cycle counts lead 20% – Monitor and analyze inventory levels to maintain optimal stock.
MUV & WOs follow up 10% – Identify slow-moving, excess, or obsolete inventory and recommend actions.
PI lead 20% – Develop reorder points, safety stock, and economic order quantities.
Support process improvements to reduce waste and improve accuracy.
Prepare inventory performance reports for management.
Other duties as assigned.
