Owens & Minor is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst I to drive analytics for demand planning. You will use SQL, Power BI, and Alteryx to generate insights that support S&OP and inventory decisions.

You will collaborate across teams to improve processes and forecast accuracy, with 3+ years in supply chain or demand planning and a degree in engineering, business, or IT. The role involves close attention to data quality and timely reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, IT (required).
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Supply Planning (required).
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI (or Tableau), and Alteryx (required).
• Certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or PMP are preferred.
• Experience with SAP IBP, BlueYonder or similar platforms is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and perform advanced analytical work for demand planning teams.
• Utilize SQL, Power BI, and Alteryx to deliver actionable insights.
• Lead initiatives to improve demand planning processes and maturity.
• Support S&OP processes by analyzing forecast trends, inventory data, and historical sales.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align supply and demand.
• Provide visibility into risks and opportunities during monthly S&OP cycles.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
