AgileEngine is seeking a Consumer Tech Trainer to help internal teams adopt new Shopify tools for Unified Commerce launches. You will build training frameworks, documentation, and runbooks, and manage the rollout lifecycle.

You will bridge technical delivery and business operations across regions, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and enabling fast adoption with train-the-trainer methods.

Formación

• 2+ years in program or project management, driving readiness or change management.
• Experience conducting training sessions for cross-functional teams.
• Experience establishing workflows and training frameworks from scratch.
• Strong organization, planning, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a Unified Commerce training program to upskill internal teams on Shopify operations.
• Bridge between technical delivery teams and regional marketing/ops teams.
• Define, document, and establish internal workflows, training runbooks, and processes.
• Manage end-to-end rollout lifecycle, including scheduling and tracking adoption.
• Identify bottlenecks and address issues with leadership.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.
