The position emphasizes Six Sigma-driven improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to safety standards while expanding production capacity.

Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt with DMAIC experience to boost efficiency, safety and quality.
• Proficient in 2D/3D CAD modeling for shopfloor layouts and space utilization.
• Structured problem solving with root cause analysis.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across departments.
• Solid understanding of environmental and safety regulations in additive manufacturing.
• Proven project and time management skills.
• English fluency at a professional level.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement efficient 2D/3D CAD layouts to optimize material flow, equipment placement and ergonomics.
• Refine material workflows and enforce safety floor markings for a safe, efficient environment.
• Support introduction of new manufacturing platforms and expand shopfloor capacity.
• Ensure layouts comply with EHS regulations and regulatory standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks across operations, EHS, quality and product safety.
• Optimize shopfloor space to maximize output per square meter.
• Use CAD simulations to model line changes and validate expansion plans.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate safety, ergonomics, quality and efficiency solutions.
