Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Moulding Coordinator in Monterrey for a full-time role within a hybrid work setting. You will coordinate KPI tracking, ensure resources align with the production plan, and respond to changes while maintaining safety, quality, and cost standards.

You will participate in daily meetings and Lean/PPS activities, supporting audits and 5’s improvements. You will report incidents, drive continuous improvement, and assist the supervisor with audits and claims, ensuring smooth

Responsibilities

• Track KPI s and ensure resources for production plan.
• Respond quickly to changes in production plans.
• Ensure Moulding area complies with safety, quality, and cost policies.
• Participate in daily production meetings and PPS analysis.
• Support audits, 5’s actions, and safety improvements.
• Assist supervisor with audits and external claims.
• Report incidents promptly and follow SH&E guidelines.
• Handle production floor when supervisor is away.
