LEGO Group in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a Manufacturing Shopfloor Design Manager Specialist to optimize shopfloor layouts using 2D/3D CAD, ensure safety standards, and support capacity expansion. You will drive risk management and collaborate with engineering to improve efficiency and ergonomics.

Ideal candidates bring Six Sigma Black Belt with DMAIC experience, strong CAD skills, and English fluency to partner across functions and ensure regulatory compliance in additive manufacturing

Qualifications

• Six Sigma Black Belt with hands-on DMAIC experience.
• Experience in 2D/3D CAD modeling to design shopfloor layouts.
• Structured problem solving using Root Cause Analysis and Six Sigma.
• Strong communication to engage stakeholders across departments.
• Solid understanding of environmental and safety regulations (additive manufacturing).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
• Fluent in English for collaboration with global teams.

Responsabilités

• Shopfloor layout optimization with 2D/3D CAD simulations.
• Refine material workflows and enforce safety floor markings.
• Support capacity expansion and new manufacturing platforms.
• Ensure EHS compliance of layouts and processes.
• Identify and mitigate operational, EHS, quality risks.
• Optimize space to maximize output per square meter.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering for safety and efficiency.
