Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to oversee the shipping department, manage staffing and schedules, and collaborate with internal partners to uphold service standards. The role focuses on shipping accuracy, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and regulatory compliance.

You will drive improvements, coach staff, and ensure safe, efficient operations while leveraging shipping software and Microsoft Office for reporting and analytics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of shipping, receiving or warehouse management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipping software.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Role Overview:

The Shipping Supervisor oversees the shipping department, manages staffing and schedules, and works closely with internal partners to maintain service standards. You will help drive shipping accuracy, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and compliance with transportation and safety requirements while supporting process improvements across the function.
