Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. in Nuevo León, Mexico is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee material flow, supervise picking/packing, and ensure on-time order fulfillment.

You will manage inventory accuracy, coordinate with purchasing and production, train staff, and implement process improvements to reduce waste and costs.

What will you do:

• Ensure requested materials are available and complete.
• Supervise picking and packing processes.

How will you do it:

• Working with JCMS operating system tools.
• Develop and implement effective material management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.
• Supervise material planning and scheduling aligned with production requirements and operational goals.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels, conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
• Lead and train material management staff to improve their skills and overall team performance.
• Implement best practices in material handling and storage to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

• SAP proficiency; WMS and MM modules (desirable).
