Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in the Apodaca, Nuevo León area to manage daily warehouse operations and a trained team responsible for receiving and shipping to JCI production plants.

The role requires 3-5 years in warehouse management, a degree in engineering or related field, SAP knowledge, and a strong focus on accuracy and safety. Collaboration across teams and adherence to policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in receiving and shipping warehouse management.
• Knowledge of KPI’S.
• SAP knowledge or similar ERP.
• Ability to motivate teams to meet daily goals.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics coordination.
• Ability to train employees and follow up their performance.
• Main focus to maintain and exceed accuracy levels greater than 95%.
• Teamwork oriented across the organization.
• Promote and comply safety company policies and regulations.
• Root Cause analysis problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities and train a team to receive and ship products to JCI plants.
• Review and revise procedures to meet and exceed customer needs.
• Track and coordinate receipt, storage and timely delivery of goods while maintaining inventory levels.
• Ensure accuracy targets above 95% and enforce safety policies across the team.
