Johnson Controls is seeking a Shipping Supervisor in Monterrey to lead the shipping department, manage daily schedules, and collaborate with internal partners to ensure on-time, accurate shipments and strong inventory control.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business or logistics, 3+ years in shipping/warehouse management, and proven leadership, with proficiency in MS Office and shipping software. English proficiency is required.

Role Overview: The Shipping Supervisor oversees the shipping department, manages staffing and schedules, and works closely with internal partners to maintain service standards. You will help drive shipping accuracy, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and compliance with transportation and safety requirements while supporting process improvements across the function.
