MKS Inc. is seeking an entry-level Shipping Clerk to assist daily shipping operations. The role reports to the Shipping Supervisor and involves coordinating with carriers, handling invoices, and maintaining shipping records.

This position emphasizes accuracy, documentation, and teamwork across departments. Ideal candidates will perform routine tasks, manage paperwork, and support the shipping and delivery cycle in a professional office/manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Minimum of 0-1 year of related experience

Responsabilidades

• Performs administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods
• Communicates and coordinates with transportation companies
• Handles routine questions and problems and maintains open communication with other departments throughout the shipping/delivery cycle
• Confirms the accuracy of invoices, bills and charges relative to the shipment of goods
• Logs order information into the computer and files and distributes paperwork as necessary
• Maintains records and generates reports for accounting and other areas
