MKS Instruments, Inc. in Nogales, Sonora, is seeking a Shipping Administrative professional to support the end-to-end shipping of finished goods. You will coordinate with transportation companies and log order information to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include verifying invoices, bills and charges, maintaining records, and generating reports for accounting and other departments. The role reports to the Shipping Supervisor and requires clear communication across teams.

Formación

• 0–1 year of related shipping or administrative experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic computer skills for order entry and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Performs administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods
• Communicates and coordinates with transportation companies
• Handles routine questions and problems and maintains open communication with other departments throughout the shipping/delivery cycle
• Confirms the accuracy of invoices, bills and charges relative to the shipment of goods
• Logs order information into the computer and files and distributes paperwork as necessary
• Maintains records and generates reports for accounting and other areas
