MKS Inc. in Heroica Nogales, Sonora, is seeking an Shipping Administrative Clerk to support the transportation of finished goods and coordinate with carriers.

You will log orders, verify invoices, and help maintain records, with a focus on accuracy, communication across departments, and adherence to safety in a professional office/manufacturing setting.

Formación

• Minimum 0-1 year of related experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Maintains records and generates reports for accounting and other areas

Principal Responsibilities:

• Performs administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods
• Communicates and coordinates with transportation companies
