MKS Instruments in Nogales, Sonora is seeking a Shipping Administrator to support the shipping of finished goods. You will report to the Shipping Supervisor and coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include confirming invoice accuracy, logging orders, generating reports, and maintaining records. Candidates with 0-1 year of related experience and a proactive communication style will thrive in a fast-paced office/manufacturing environment.

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

This position will be reporting to the Shipping Supervisor

Principal Responsibilities:

• Performs administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods
• Communicates and coordinates with transportation companies
• Handles routine questions and problems and maintains open communication with other departments throughout the shipping/delivery cycle
• Confirms the accuracy of invoices, bills and charges relative to the shipment of goods
• Logs order information into the computer and files and distributes paperwork as necessary
• Maintains records and generates reports for accounting and other areas

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 0-1 year of related experience

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

• Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Regularly requires good manual dexterity and coordination
• Frequently positions self to perform tasks and positions objects below, at, and above shoulder level

• Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
• Must be able to exchange accurate information
