Formación

  • 7+ years of experience in program or product management, preferably in a platform or systems environment.

Your Team Responsibilities

The Shared Capabilities PM Lead is a horizontal program management role within the Private Assets organization, created to provide structure, ownership, and roadmap clarity for cross-cutting tools and capabilities that support multiple platforms. This includes enabling delivery across Asset Owner Solutions by coordinating the development and delivery of foundational tooling that spans multiple product lines.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Design teams to ensure scalable and consistent delivery of shared tools such as AI-powered capabilities, document management, reporting infrastructure, and cash flow forecasting. This role is pivotal to eliminating ambiguity, accelerating platform unification, and ensuring platform teams are not overburdened with overlapping dependencies.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Own program delivery and coordination for shared capabilities across Asset Owner Solutions, including AI-powered capabilities, document management, reporting infrastructure, and cash flow forecasting
  • Align tooling initiatives with platform roadmaps and stakeholder needs
  • Collaborate with Design to ensure cohesive and user-centric experiences across shared tools
  • Coordinate with the Data Program team to ensure production data integrations into client-facing delivery workflows
  • Work with Engineering and Product teams to manage dependencies, delivery sequencing, and technical readiness
  • Collaborate with Enablement teams to support documentation, client communication, and rollout planning for shared tools
  • Track delivery milestones, monitor risk, and manage cross-team coordination and status transparency
  • Establish clear ownership for shared capabilities to reduce redundancy, streamline delivery, and improve scalability

  • 7+ years of experience in program or product management, preferably in a platform or systems environment
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating delivery across matrixed teams and technical domains
  • Understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience driving execution across multiple phases
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to map tooling within broader platform and user workflows
  • Track record of managing cross-functional programs from initiation to delivery
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and align stakeholders to a common roadmap
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
