Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Global Services Operations lead to oversee a diverse team responsible for service delivery, processes, and tooling alignment across regions.

You will standardize processes, drive automation, and coordinate with IT to ensure scalable, global solutions while guiding analysts in policies, tools, and training. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to speak and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global services operations team supporting HPEN Services business.
• Develop and manage processes; customize tools for maximum efficiency.
• Support integration efforts with a focus on systems, tools and processes.
• Standardize operating processes and policies across global service sales teams.
• Interface with internal IT teams to deliver business needs with scalability.
• Improve operational efficiency by reducing manual work and increasing automation.
• Manage a team of business operations analysts across policies, processes, systems and tools.
• Coordinate activities across service functions including quoting, order processing and contract management.
• Act as SME on SAP, SFDC, Oracle CPQ and self-serve tools; deliver training.

Job Description

Oversee global services operations team supporting many aspects of HPEN Services business. Develop and manage processes, customize tools for maximum efficiency and support integration efforts with a focus on systems, tools and processes.

How You Will Make Your Mark

• Standardize operating processes, policies, tool across global service sales teams
• Solicit input to identify needs to service sales teams and manage those needs across teams as needed to implement business practices and automation
• Interface with various internal IT teams to deliver needs of business while ensuring scalability and global consistency
• Improve operational efficiency with a focus on reducing manual work, increasing automation and adoption of tools, minimizing costs while maximizing output
• Manage team of business operations analysts who support global service business in areas such as policies, process, systems, tools, training.
• Understand and coordinate operational activities across several service business functions including; new and support renewal quoting, order processing, support agreement management, sales opportunity management service delivery
• Act as SME on specific business areas and the tools that support this area of service sales and delivery business. Tools include SAP, SFDC, Oracle CPQ, internal and external self-serve tools
• Define processes to support changing business needs and deliver training to global service sales and operations team

About You
